In November...

November has come and gone! The month in review:
  • Terry & I both turned 33
  • All 5 of us got the stomach flu (and then gave it to Granny, Poppie, Luc, Nana, Pap Pap, and maybe Uncle Ray?)
  • Terry stopped working for Puroclean, and now works with his dad 3 days a week, and spends 2 weekdays home with our girls....thank you, Granny & Poppie!
  • We traded our blue van in for a 2006 GMC Sierra
This is Granny & I shopping at Walmart & Target on Black Friday. Started at 4:30am. Got most of my Christmas shopping done, and ended the morning with a big breakfast at Bob Evans (thanks, Ruthann!). Like our headbands? :)

We had an Italian Thanksgiving at Granny & Poppie's (yummy) before joining my family at my mom & dad's for desserts (Mmmmm).

The Sunday before Thanksgiving we have a special service at our church called "The Hanging of the Greens". The kids carry Poinsettas in a parade into the sanctuary to decorate the church for the holidays.
Then, yours truly read the story of "The Three Wise Men" to all of the children in the church.

Tess posed for some pictures (thanks, Amanda, for capturing these moments for us while we have a broken camera!)

And then we took some family shots in front of the tree right outside the sanctuary.

Wonder what December will have in store for the Smiths?
