Getting into the spirit!

We went to Breakfast with Santa yesterday morning at our church. We dressed the girls up in some holiday outfits for their picture. (For fun, feel free to open up "Sitting on Santa's lap" post from Dec. 2009 to see what these 3 girls looked like in the same exact spot last year!)
The day after Thanksgiving, the 5 of us decorated our tree and hung our stockings for Santa.

Tess is a HUGE fan of our computer! She asks everyday if she can watch "Apple, Apple" (a You-Tube video that teaches the alphabet letter sounds)

Olivia has been reading us her 2nd grade stories from her reading book. Here she is reading one to her sister.
Then they realized I had my camera out!
Both kids have made a lot of cute things at school lately. Here is Olivia's "I am thankful for..." wreath.
And here is the Thanksgiving turkey she made at Girl Scouts.
Nora's "hand"made turkey...

her "MERRY CHRISTMAS" snow painting
and her star that watches over Jesus in the manger.
Nora also drew her whole family....notice even Shelby made the portrait! :)
