Back to Preschool for Tess

Tessa had her preschool open house today.  One of her new teachers this year is Miss Laurie (below).

 Although she loved school last year, she is a little apprehensive about a new classroom with new teachers.  She will greatly miss her previous teachers, Miss Kristi and Miss Penny (below).

 Because mommy & daddy both work, sometimes we have to miss out on some fun school events, so Granny stepped in and kept Tessa overnight the evening before Open House and bought Tess a new outfit and some sandals, and took her to dinner.

Nana will get to take Tessa to her first days of preschool this coming week on Wednesday and Friday.  I don't know what we would do without our Nana and our Granny!  :)  Olivia had her first softball practice this weekend.  She loved it, and did really well.  I didn't take any pictures of her (as I was so focused on watching how she did at her first practice), but I'm sure we will have pics in the weeks to come!
